So I was writing a bit today...when a thought struck me. I'm a real ass to my characters AND those who get to like them. Very common thing, though...
Do YOU choose which character dies by who is the most likable?
Do YOU create characters specifically to kill them off, and BECAUSE their fate is decided, build them into something that everyone will be screaming over?
If people BEG you to revive a character that you killed, does it make you proud?
Do you draw people in with a really sweet, likable, funny character...and then reveal that you tortured the hell out of them in their history?
Do you like to play the doomed hometown card?
How about the heroic sacrifice card?
Do you like to use your characters as punching bags when life gets frustrating?
Do you feel you have failed when someone can read your story and NOT cry?
If you answered yes to any of these questions...you just might be a sadistic author.

I have an idea for a fighting game just like Mortal Kombat and it main premise is killing the characters in the most gruesome death possible so basically yes, I love being a sadistic, dominate, maater, and sir.
